SupraWorxOS is the modular operating system with built-in AI agents for the Mittelstand, developed by SupraTix GmbH in Dresden. It bundles over 6,500 apps from different providers in one global marketplace and connects all company data in one central graph. Companies install only the apps they need, per tenant.

Supra Intelligence is the agent system of SupraWorxOS: SupraAgent orchestrates specialised agents per app (Workforce, Operations, Commerce, Governance); SupraBrain, RAG and VectorGraphRAG work on the company graph instead of isolated tables. Plain-language questions are answered jointly by the agents involved, with people, machines, contracts and skills; the models stay interchangeable.

For the Mittelstand: manufacturers, suppliers, education providers and service companies with roughly 1 to 5,000 employees that want to run people, skills, devices and sales in one system without integration projects.

In the cloud in Europe, on-premise in your own data centre, or on edge devices such as the AINA touchscreen on the shop floor. Every tenant lives in its own PostgreSQL schema; updates arrive via Store Connect.

Data stays in your own tenant schema and in Germany. SAML, OIDC and OAuth2 connect your existing directory; the AVV Composer generates Art. 28 GDPR contracts from the active subscriptions.

Through the API Gateway: REST interfaces with OpenAPI documentation, OAuth2 or API keys, webhooks for events. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, MES systems and HR software read and write to the graph without direct database access. Shortcuts cover recurring processes without programming.

A tenant is set up in hours: one schema, one origin, one store. The first apps run the same day. Typical Mittelstand rollouts with data migration, roles and training take four to twelve weeks, depending on the number of modules and sites.

Yes. SupraWorxOS is modular: you install only the apps you need, such as the Digital Personnel File or the Device Manager, and expand later. All apps share the same graph from day one, so expanding never turns into an integration project.

The data is yours and lives in your own tenant schema. The data export shortcut delivers a ZIP with all content; on-premise installations keep the data in your own data centre anyway.

Supra Intelligence is model-agnostic. By default OpenAI models run via European endpoints; alternatively local models or your own endpoints per tenant. The graph and vector indexes always stay in the tenant schema.

Yes. Data residency in Germany, one PostgreSQL schema per tenant, a roles and permissions model, an audit log, and the AVV Composer automatically generates the Art. 28 GDPR data processing agreement from your active subscriptions.

Yes. Each company gets its own schema and its own store without seeing each other. A global catalogue can optionally be enabled; visibility is controlled per product.

Via Store Connect, the release catalogue of SupraWorxOS. Versions are published with approval and changelog; cloud tenants, on-premise installations and devices such as the AINA touchscreen pull updates from the same catalogue. Rollback is part of the process.

An LMS manages courses, an HR system manages master data. SupraWorxOS connects people, skills, machines, work orders and contracts in one graph. That lets SupraAgent answer questions no single system can, such as who may service a machine tomorrow with a valid certificate.

As behavioural anchors in a scientifically validated skill space (VectorGraphRAG). Job profiles define the target, the Digital Personnel File shows the actual state as a radar, gaps become measurable and the Upskill Manager derives learning paths. The Open Skills Consortium maintains the open standard.

Yes. Edge devices such as the AINA touchscreen, headsets for SpeakSphere and mobile devices are part of the system. MQTT, OPC UA and the Asset Administration Shell connect machines; the Digital Product Passport hangs on the device.

Rollout support, training for administrators and departments, and support from Dresden are included. The help centre is an app in the system; premium support with response times can be booked as a module.

Yes. Courses (SCORM, PDF, video), people, org charts, devices and products are migrated via import or API. For content from other learning platforms there is the SCORM wrapper and the Course Composer.

All apps report to SupraTracking, one central event stream per tenant. It feeds the store rankings, reports on learning time, bookings and usage, and the basis for campaigns and reseller billing, without app-specific trackers.
